What's in every reel

• The layout. Your talking shot is the whole horizontal picture, in the middle. Titles sit on the black above it, captions on the black below. The app screens and the meeting room are full 9:16.
• The words. Pauses, restarts and fillers are out. No word is cut short — every ending was checked on the sound itself.
• What you see. Your App Store listing, the app's own screens, the meeting room. Nothing generated, nothing invented.
• Also changed. Videos 1, 3 and 4 opened on a slow push-in with a riser sound. Both are gone — the push would have moved the black bars. Punch-ins now zoom inside the picture.

What changed

• The simulator shot. It no longer shows the app's profile screen — that screen has an account name and a family list on it. The first cut showed it for half a second; my miss.

Why this one matters to you, two months in, and updates to come.

Your calls

• The end card. It says ‘Follow the build’ and @alan_samer on your logo card. Tell me the line you want, or no card.
• Your name on screen. Video 1 shows the App Store row ‘Developer · Alan Beshay’ as the proof of ‘باسمي’. Say if you'd rather not show it.
• The QR and the payments. I have no screen of the check-in or of a payment, so those parts are your face with titles. Send a 10-second screen recording of either and I'll drop it in.
• Music. Your own instrumentals: the ambient pad on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7, the chill beat on 4 and 6. Swap any by number.
• Swapping shots. Don't like a cutaway? Say the video number. I'll put every shot I have on a picker page so you can swap and add.
• Nothing posted. Nothing posted, nothing in the Content System. No credits spent.
